I'm A Believer/ (I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone

Here's a beautiful copy of the Monkees' second hit single, this one a two-sided monster. In addition to another Tommy Boyce-Bobby Hart song (on the B side), the Monkees for the first time tap Neil Diamond for the chart-topping A side. Diamond had recently had his first top 10 hit ("Cherry, Cherry"), and I'm sure he was delighted to have this huge Monkees hit in his catalog. "I'm A Believer" became the biggest hit of the group's career, hogging the #1 spot on Bilozoard's Hot 100 chart for seven weeks! Note: This 45 record grades close to Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio). The cool picture sleeve is Near Mint as well.
