Showdown

This is a new, unplayed Stereo/Stereo promo copy, in its original Philips/Mercury/Vertigo factory sleeve. This Irish rock band never had much success in the U.S., but they put out some amazing music, such as this 1974 single, which like on the retail release is specially edited from a longer (4:30) album track. It would still be a year or two before their hit "The Boys Are Back In Town" hit our shores, but this rarity is well worth seeking out! Note: This promo 45 record is flawless except for a small abrasion near the beginning of one side, which causes a touch of surface noise briefly. The other side has Mint wax and Mint audio.
