From a warehouse find, this is a new, unplayed stock copy, in its original picture sleeve. This terrific number—a collaboration with Eurythmics producer/writer Dave Stewart—was Petty's first single for MCA... and became the second highest-charter of his career until then. I believe the female background vocalist must be Annie Lennox, given Dave Stewart's involvement. The A side is edited from a 5:06 album track, and the B side is a non-album cut.
