Lee Roye

Lee Roye, also known as Leroy Fann, was an American soul singer prominent in the late 1960s and early 1970s. His musical style was characterized by a rich, emotive vocal delivery, which was influential in the Southern Soul genre. Roye's most notable work includes his 1971 single "Tears (Nothing But Tears)", which is considered a classic in the deep soul category. Despite his relatively short career, his distinct sound left a significant impact on the soul music landscape.
