Naked Raygun is an influential punk rock band from Chicago, formed in 1980. Known for their melodic approach to punk, they significantly contributed to the development of the "Chicago Sound". The band's lineup has changed several times, but always centered around lead vocalist Jeff Pezzati. Their 1985 album, "Throb Throb", with its signature blend of raw punk energy and melodic hooks, is often cited as a landmark in Midwest punk.
