Everybody's Gotta Pay Some Dues/ I Can't Believe

This is a beautiful copy in its original Tamla "bicycle" factory sleeve (in particularly crisp condition). Credited to The Miracles. This is one of many fine singles the group released between their breakthrough hit "Shop Around" in 1960 and their next big hit, "You've Really Got A Hold On Me," in 1962. I don't believe I've ever had any of these singles, originals or reissues, in the store since opening in 2001. This one's a revelation, with a terrific mid-tempo dance number on the A side and a lovely ballad on the flip that really showcases Smokey's achingly beautiful voice.   The record grades Near Mint across the board (Labelsl, Vinyl, Audio), with the audio on the A-side very close to Mint.  The B-side audio is a weak Near Mint.  (This scan is a representative image from our archives.)
