Paris is an American rock band that was formed in 1975 by notable guitarist and vocalist Bob Welch, previously of Fleetwood Mac, and future Supertramp member, bassist Glenn Cornick. The band's style is characterized by a blend of hard rock and power pop, with Welch's melodic songwriting and expressive guitar work as distinctive elements. Despite only releasing two albums, "Paris" and "Big Towne, 2061", the band left a mark on the music scene for their innovative sound. The group disbanded in 1977, but their music remains influential in the rock genre.
