Realistics

The Realistics were an American rock band active from the late 1990s to the early 2000s, based in New York City. Known for their blend of power pop and new wave, they were part of the early 2000s garage rock revival scene. Members included Derek James, Patrick Murdock, Trevor Silmser, and Glenn Silverman. Their most notable work is their 2003 album "Go Ahead", which showcased their unique combination of catchy melodicism and punk influences. The Realistics, though not commercially successful, were respected for their contribution to the indie rock genre.
