Simtec & Wylie were an American soul duo active during the late 1960s and early 1970s, known for their gritty Chicago-style rhythm and blues sound. The band consisted of two members: Walter "Simtec" Simmons, a seasoned guitarist, and Wylie Dixon, a talented bassist.
