The C And C Boys

The C And C Boys

The C and C Boys were a 1960s rhythm and blues band known primarily for their work as session musicians with the Mirwood Records label. The group, which included members such as drummer Mike Kowalski and keyboardist Pete Wingfield, contributed to the West Coast soul sound, characterized by upbeat tempos and danceable rhythms. Although they did not achieve significant commercial success, their work as backing musicians for other artists was influential in the soul music scene of the period. The C and C Boys' distinct style and musicianship are especially noted in their 1965 single, "My Life".
