The Four Sonics

The Four Sonics were an American vocal soul group that emerged in the mid-1960s from Detroit, Michigan. The band was recognized for its smooth harmonies, blending elements of doo-wop and Motown-style R&B. Notable members included Ernest Newsome, Richard Dunbar, Vernon Williams, and Euel Hall. While the group didn't achieve significant mainstream success, they were influential in the Detroit soul scene and are best known for their 1968 single, "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me." Their music continues to be appreciated by enthusiasts of the genre.
