The Four Voices

The Four Voices were an American vocal harmony group, active in the late 1950s and early 1960s. The group consisted of Allan Chase, Sal Mayo, Bill McBride, and Frank Fosta, whose clean-cut vocals and sophisticated harmonies were a signature of their style. Although they are best known for their 1956 hit "Honest Darling (Believe Me)", their catalog includes a range of doo-wop and pop music. Despite their relatively brief period of success, The Four Voices made a notable contribution to the popular vocal harmony traditions of their era.
