The Metros were a British indie rock band that emerged in the late 2000s. Notable for their punk-infused style, the band was heavily influenced by the likes of The Kinks and The Clash, infusing modern rock with elements of vintage British music. The band consisted of members Saul Adamczewski and Ben Romans-Hopcraft, the latter of whom went on to form the band Childhood. They released their debut album, "More Money, Less Grief", in 2008, which was noted for its social commentary and distinctive sound.
