The Nite Caps

The Nite Caps were an American doo-wop group from the late 1950s. Known for their smooth harmonies and rhythmic ballads, the group contributed to the development of the doo-wop genre with their blend of rhythm and blues, and gospel influences. The group's most notable members were John Cheatdom and Richard Berry, the latter of whom went on to achieve fame as a solo artist. Their most influential work was arguably "Nite Cap Rock," which showcased their signature sound and solidified their place in musical history.
