The Remains

The Remains were an American rock band formed in 1964 in Boston, Massachusetts. Known for their energetic performances and a blend of rock, blues, and R&B, they were led by Barry Tashian, a notable guitarist and vocalist. Despite their short-lived existence, with their lone, self-titled album released in 1966, The Remains left a significant impact on the garage rock scene. They notably opened for The Beatles during their final US tour, enhancing their reputation as an influential force in mid-60s rock music.
