The Revalons

The Revalons were an American doo-wop group active in the late 1950s. Founded in New York City, the group consisted of members Arthur Crier, Gary Morrison, Harold Johnson, and Billy Wells. They are best known for their song "Dreams Are For Fools," which encapsulates the distinctive harmonization and romantic themes of the doo-wop genre. Although The Revalons did not achieve widespread fame, their contribution to the burgeoning doo-wop scene was significant in laying the foundation for future artists.
