The Shakin' Pyramids were a neo-rockabilly group from Glasgow, Scotland, active between 1979 and 1983. The trio, consisting of Dave Duncan, Ken McLuskey and James G. Creighton, were known for a raw, energetic style that revived the spirit of 1950s rockabilly. They were most recognized for their album "Celts and Cobras," and their cover of the song "Tennessee Rock 'n' Roll". Despite their short-lived career, The Shakin' Pyramids left a significant impact on the rockabilly revival movement of the early 1980s.
