The Sylvers

The Sylvers were a prominent American R&B and soul group from the 1970s. Notable for their family-oriented lineup, the band comprised of the nine Sylvers siblings, with Edmund and Leon Sylvers being the most recognized members. Their music was characterized by a mix of disco, soul, and pop, and they contributed to the post-Motown era of R&B music. Their most influential work is the Billboard Hot 100 number one single "Boogie Fever," which helped define the dance music scene of the mid-70s.
