Tommy Boyce was an American songwriter and singer, best known for his partnership with Bobby Hart. They created the signature pop-rock sound of The Monkees in the mid-1960s, composing and producing several of their biggest hits, such as "Last Train to Clarksville" and "(I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone". Boyce also had a successful solo career, with his most notable single being "I Wonder What She's Doing Tonight".
