Wa Wa Nee was an influential Australian pop music band active in the mid-to-late 1980s. The band, fronted by lead vocalist and keyboardist Paul Gray, was known for its synth-laden sounds and catchy hooks, combining elements of funk, R&B, and dance music. Achieving considerable success in their home country and internationally, their most notable hits include "Stimulation" and "Sugar Free" from their self-titled debut album.
